香蕉皮吸附剂的制备及其对Cr6+ 的吸附参数研究

Study on parameters of adsorption of heavy metal ions Cr6+ by banana peel adsorbent

  • 摘要: 研究了不同吸附参数对香蕉皮吸附Cr6+吸附效果的影响,探讨其吸附特征及吸附机理。在吸附参数pH2.0、Cr6+初始浓度150mg/L、吸附平衡时间180min、吸附剂粒径为200目条件下,经乙醇和醋酸(v∶v=5∶1)改性处理的香蕉皮最大吸附量为64.0mg/g;经海藻酸钠和明胶(m∶m=4∶1)固定化香蕉皮最大吸附量为68.5mg/g,比对应未处理的吸附能力提高12%。实验结果表明,经本实验固定化的改性香蕉皮吸附剂对Cr6+的最大吸附量比对应未处理的有了明显提高,是良好的重金属离子生物吸附剂,为其在饮用水净化及污水处理应用中提供了理论依据。 

     

    Abstract: The different parameters of banana peel adsorbent that affected on adsorption capacity was studied in this article, meanwhile the adsorption characteristic and mechanism was discussed.Under the condition of pH 2.0, the initial concentration of Cr6 +150mg /L, the adsorption time 180min, the particle size 200 mesh, the maximum adsorption capacity was obtained.The maximum adsorption capacity was 64.0mg /g and 68.5mg /g for modification of banana peel by ethanol and acetic acid ( v∶v = 5∶1) and immobilization of banana peel by Sodium alginate and gelatin ( m∶m = 4∶1) respectively.It was both increased about 12% compared with unmodified and mobilized banana peel.These results showed that the modified and immobilized banana peel had a powerful adsorption performance for Cr6 +and could be used as a favorable bio-adsorbent in water treatment.
