荧光增白剂检测技术研究进展

Research progress in determination method of fluorescent whitening agents

  • 摘要: 荧光增白剂(fluorescent whitening agents,FWAs)是一种荧光染料,主要应用于纸张、塑料、皮革、洗涤剂等制造行业,对人体具有潜在的致癌性。本文就目前国内外对荧光增白剂的检测方法进行介绍,为建立食品、食品包装材料及其他与人体密切接触的各类产品中荧光增白剂的检测提供方法参考。 

     

    Abstract: Fluorescent whitening agents (FWAs) is a kind of fluorescent dye, which is mainly used in paper, plastic, leather, detergents and other manufacturing industries, it has the potential carcinogenicity for the human body. In this paper, various detection methods for fluorescent whitening agents in China and abroad were introduced, aiming at establish the detection method for fluorescent whitening agents in food, food packaging materials and other products which were close contact with humans.
