肽-金属离子螯合物的研究进展

Research progress in peptide-mineral ion complexes

  • 摘要: 肽-金属离子螯合物是一种由肽类物质与金属离子发生螯合反应后生成的具有环状结构的化合物,其具有多种特殊的生物活性。本文综述了目前国内外对肽-金属离子螯合物的制备工艺、螯合反应机理、螯合物的生物活性及其构效关系的研究现状,并对肽-金属离子螯合物的发展前景进行了展望。 

     

    Abstract: Peptide-mineral ion complex, which is a kind of cyclic compounds obtained from the chelating reaction between peptide and mineral ion, has some special biologic activities. The present paper gave a review about the preparation procedure of the compound and the related reaction mechanism of chelation which had been studied by researchers all over the world. Besides, some other crucial properties and biologic activities of peptide-mineral ion complex were also covered in this paper. In addition, structure-activity relationship and the prospect of application of peptide-mineral ion complex were reviewed, too.
