唾液酸的生理功能、应用及其生产方法

Physiological function, application and manufacturing method of sialic acid

  • 摘要: 唾液酸广泛的分布于多种生物组织中,通常位于非还原性寡聚糖的末端。在各种生命活动调节过程中起着重要的作用。唾液酸在食品和医药等领域的应用潜力,决定了需要对其进行大规模生产的必要性。本文对唾液酸的生理功能、应用和生产方法进行了综述,并对其未来发展方向进行了展望。 

     

    Abstract: Sialic acids are widely distributed in many organisms, which are usually found at the end of non-reducing oligosaccharide.Sialic acids are known to play an important role in many processes of life activities.Owing to their potential edible and pharmaceutical applications, large scale production of sialic acids are needed.The physiological function, application and manufacturing method of sialic acids were introduced and the future directions of sialic acids were put forward.
