液相色谱-串联质谱技术在食品中抗菌药物残留分析中的应用

Recent applications of liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry for analyzing antimicrobials residue in food

  • 摘要: 对液相色谱-串联质谱技术在食品中常用抗菌药物残留分析中的应用进展进行了综述,重点论述了近年来该技术在几种常用抗菌药物如β-内酰胺类、四环素类、大环内脂类、氨基糖苷类、酰胺醇类、磺胺类、喹诺酮类和硝基呋喃类的残留分析中的应用。同时,介绍了食品中多种类别抗菌药物残留同时检测的液相色谱-串联质谱方法,提出四极杆串联飞行时间质谱在多类别抗菌药物残留同时分析中具有广阔的应用前景,并对液相色谱-串联质谱技术在食品中抗菌药物残留分析领域未来的发展趋势进行了展望。 

     

    Abstract: Recent applications of liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry ( LC- MS/MS) in the area of residue analysis of antimicrobials in food were summarized.The main attention in this review was focused on the recent advances of LC-MS/MS in detecting the most widely used classes of antimicrobials, such as β- lactams, tetracyclines, macrolides, aminoglycosides, amphenicols, sulfonamides, quinolones and nitrofurans. Meanwhile, multi-class antimicrobials residue analysis in a single procedure by means of LC-MS/MS was also stated, with the quadrupole in tandem with time- of- flight mass spectrometry system as an ideal tool. At last, the development trends of applications of LC-MS/MS for analyzing antimicrobials residue in food were proposed.
