Abstract:
In order to determine the best blueberry logistics packing method, six different packing methods were designed to logistics simulation.The logistics time was respectively 18, 41, 64h.TPA parameters of blueberry in different packages were determined at end of the logistics using Texture profile analysis method (TPA) by texture analyzer, and at the same time, the variation of blueberry texture quality during shelf life after logistics was researched.The results showed that the texture quality of blueberry in No.1 package (precooling + MAP + coolant) was the best;the hardness, cohesion, springiness, chewiness and resilience of blueberry decreased with extension of shelf life time.But TPA parameters of blueberry in the No.1 packing (precooling + MAP + coolant) ) were higher than others, so the quality of blueberry in No.1 package were the best.It could be used to determine that No1 packaging was the best packing method for logistics in this research.
