Abstract:
Objective:Response surface analysis methodology (RSM) was used to optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Pteridium aquilinum var.latiusculum.Methods:Ethanol concentration, solvent- solid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time were selected as influencing factors and yield of flavonoids as a response value, the experiment mathematical model was arranged according to Box-Behnken central composite experiment design and response surface analysis methodology (RSM) was implemented. Results:The optimal extraction conditions were as following:ethanol concentration 53%, solvent-solid ratio 68∶1, extraction temperature 81℃, and extraction time 48min, the predicted value of extraction rate of total flavonoids was 13.83% under the optimum conditions, and the experimental value was 13.81%.Conclusion:The combination of Box- Behnken design and response surface analysis could well optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Pteridium aquilinum var.latiusculum.
