Abstract:
In order to illustrate the effect of anthocyanins on swine testicular (ST) cells monolayer growth, the anthocyanins from black blackcurrant, black soybean seeds, and vaccinium uliginosum linn were selected as experimental sample. Then, ST cells treated with anthocyanins samples. The influence on the morphological changes of ST cell was revealed by optical microscope, which the final concentration that exhibited no toxocity was defined. The results showed that concentration of anthocyanins was effect on ST cell growth.Low concentration anthocyanin promoted cell growth, while high concentration anthocyanin had toxicity.Furthermore, anthocyanin component had influence on ST cell growth.Less than 100μg /mL of vaccinium uliginosum linn anthocyanins had no cell toxicity, while blackcurrant and black soybean seeds anthocyanins were 30μg /mL and 40μg /mL, respectively. Results could expand the scope of anthocyanins functional research amd give helpful information for preventing the virus which used ST cell as cell model.
