食品科技领域SCI源期刊指标分析及中国学者的表现

Analysis of evaluation indices of food science & technology SCI journals and the show of Chinese scholars

摘要: 以SCI期刊引证报告JCR最新网络版(2013年)为依据,对其收录的128种食品科技期刊及其影响因子、总被引频次、即时指数和被引半衰期等计量指标进行了统计分析。根据其计量指标筛选了食品科技中较具影响力的期刊,筛选了食品科技领域19种重要期刊和8种"比较好"的期刊。分析了中国学者在8种"比较好"的期刊上的表现。

Abstract: According to the latest online edition (2013) of SCI Journal Citation Reports JCR, a statistical analysis was conducted on 128 kinds of food science and technology journals and their evaluation indices, such as impact factor, total cites, immediacy index and cited half life.Influential journals were evaluated and screened on food science and technology by their evaluation indices. 19 important journals and 8 authoritative journals were screened. In 8 authoritative journals, papers of the Chinese scholar were analysed.
