微波法提取玉米须抗痛风活性组分的工艺研究

  • 摘要: 为了优化玉米须中抗痛风活性组分提取工艺,在单因素实验的基础上,采用二次回归正交旋转组合设计,以乙醇浓度、微波功率、微波时间和液料比为考察因素,以黄酮提取率和黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)抑制率为指标,优化微波萃取玉米须中抗痛风活性组分的最佳工艺。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为:微波功率600W,乙醇浓度为70%,萃取时间10min,液料比20∶1(mL/g)。在此条件下测得酶抑制率为39%,黄酮提取率为26%。 

     

    Abstract: Anti-gout active substance from corn silk was carried out using microwave extraction.The Quadric Regression Orthogonal Rotary Test was employed to screen the key factors which would affect the extraction yield and the inhibition ratio of the anti-gout active substance from corn silk.Key factors were the concentration of ethanol, the microwave extracting power, the irradiation time and the liquid-solid ratio.The optimized condition within the experimental range of the variables studied were: microwave of 600W, ethanol concentration of 70%, irradiation time of 10min and the solvent to material ratio was 20∶1 (mL /g) .Under this condition, the extraction yield of flavonoids was 26% and the enzyme inhibition ratio was 39%.
