响应面优化西红花中西红花苷提取工艺的研究

Optimization of extraction technology for crocins in Crocus sativus L.by response surface method

  • 摘要: 建立了西红花药材中西红花苷-Ⅰ和西红花苷-Ⅱ的最优提取工艺。采用乙醇-水体系超声提取西红花苷(超声功率100W),在单因素实验基础上运用响应面法优化西红花苷-Ⅰ和西红花苷-Ⅱ提取工艺,最佳提取工艺参数为:乙醇浓度50%、提取时间30min、提取温度45℃。在此优化的提取工艺条件下,西红花苷-Ⅰ和西红花苷-Ⅱ得率分别为14.12%和4.98%。该提取工艺可用于西红花中西红花苷-Ⅰ和西红花苷-Ⅱ的提取。 

     

    Abstract: The optimum extraction process of crocin-Ⅰ and crocin-Ⅱ in Crocus sativus L.was investigated.The ethanol-water and ultrasonic wave with 100W power were used to extract crocins, and the extraction process was optimized through employing the response surface method based on the single factor experiment.The optimum technological parameters were set as follows: the ethanol concentration was 50%, the extracting duration was 30min, and the extracting temperature was 45℃.Under such extraction technological conditions, the extracting rates of crocin-I and crocin-II were 14.12% and 4.98% respectively.The proposed extraction process could be applied for extracting crocin-Ⅰ and crocin-Ⅱ in Crocus sativus L.
