海洋卵磷脂的提取纯化研究进展

Research progress in extraction and purification of marine lecithin

  • 摘要: 海洋卵磷脂是指来自于海洋生物的卵磷脂,由于其含有丰富的EPA和DHA等不饱和脂肪酸而具有极高的价值。目前,大部分卵磷脂都来自于蛋黄和大豆,本文综述了各研究者对海洋卵磷脂的研究,以期为更好的开发海洋卵磷脂市场提供基础。 

     

    Abstract: Marine lecithin refers to the lecithin from marine organism.It is very valuable because it is rich in unsaturated fatty acids like EPA and DHA.At present, most of the lecithin is from egg yolk and soybean.General situation of Marine lecithin in order to provide reference for developing utilization of marine lecithin was summarized in this paper.
