产γ-PGA批式发酵动力学模型的建立

Establishment of a kinetic model for γ-polyglutamic acid with batch fermentation

  • 摘要: 以一株γ-PGA(γ-聚谷氨酸)高产菌枯草芽孢杆菌HCUL-B115为实验菌株,在5L发酵罐中进行分批发酵,并测定发酵过程中的生物量、残糖量、前体物残量和γ-聚谷氨酸产量。应用MATLAB软件进行最优参数估计和非线性拟合,得到了菌体生长、产物生成和底物消耗的动力学模型和模型参数。结果表明,所建立的批式发酵动力学模型能较好地反映γ-PGA批式发酵规律。 

     

    Abstract: With high yield γ-PGA strain Bacillus subtilis HCUL-B115 as experimental strain, batch fermentation in 5L fermenter.The concentration of cell, residual glutamic acid and sugar content, γ-poly glutamic acid were determined in the process of fermentation.The kinetic models for cell growth, poly γ-glutamic acid production and substrate consumption were proposed with MATLAB software.The results showed that the models could provide a reasonable description for the batch fermentation of poly γ-glutamic acid.
