Abstract:
Objective: To study the anthocyanins extracted from Prunus maackii on the antioxidant function of HepG2 cells. Methods: The anthocyanins of different mass concentration extracted from Prunus maackii effect on HepG2 cells, the inhibition rate of anthocyanins on the proliferation of cell was tested by the method of MTT.The activity of antioxidant enzymes and the content of Glutathione and MDA were tested. The content of ROS by DCFH-DA probe was tested. Results: As the mass concentration of anthocyanins increased, the activity of antioxidant enzymes decreased obviously, the content of glutathione decreased and the content of MDA and reactive oxygen species increased. Conclusion: the anthocyanins extracted from Prunus maackii could significantly impair the antioxidant ability of HepG2 cells.
