Abstract: Food safety has become a worldwide problem of the people’s livelihood.Foreign scholars developed a large number of innovative researches of food safety management problems of in recent years.This article classified the latest research literature abroad based on four dimensions including the management environment, the management pattern, the management mechanism and the management tools of food safety management, and provided some reference suggestions for China’s food safety management in Management mode transition, survey of multiple consumer rationality and food safety information platform construction.
