茶叶减肥降脂机制研究进展

Research progress in the mechanism of anti-obesity effect of tea

  • 摘要: 肥胖是由于食欲调节和能量代谢功能长期紊乱引起的体内脂肪积累。肥胖与多种疾病密切相关,因此寻求高效、安全的减肥药物成为人们的共同愿望。茶叶因其良好的降脂减肥效果,日益引起国内外众多学者的关注。近年来,茶叶减肥机理成为研究的热点,并取得了显著成效。本文综述了最近几年对茶叶减肥作用的机理研究,即茶叶及其组分抑制营养吸收、改善脂质代谢、促进脂肪细胞凋亡和调节肥胖相关基因等方面的研究进展。 

     

    Abstract: Obesity may occur after long period of disoders in appetite and energy metabolism regulations.Obesity is strongly associated with many diseases.Therefore, searching for the high effective and safe anti-obesity medicine has become the common aspiration of people.Tea, with its putative function of anti-obesity, has attracted more and more attention all over the world.In recent years, tens of literatures were focused on the mechanism of the anti-obesity effects of tea.In this paper, recent progress on tea anti-obesity mechanism was reviewed, including inhibiting the absorption of nutritients, improving lipid metabolism, promoting lipoapoptosis, regulation of obesity-related genes, and a plausible pathway.
