低聚乳果糖粗品对断奶大鼠生长性能及血清生化指标的影响

Effect of impure lactosucrose on growth performance andserum biochemical parameters in the weaning-rats

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨低聚乳果糖粗品(impure lactosucrose,ILS)在一周内对断奶大鼠生长性能和血清生化指标的影响。方法:选取24只断奶SD大鼠,分为3个组:对照组,低聚乳果糖粗品高剂量组,低聚乳果糖粗品低剂量组,各组基础日粮相同,实验为期一周,检测各指标。结果:与对照组相比,添加100mg/kg·BW低聚乳果糖粗品能显著降低断奶大鼠的体重(p<0.05)、平均日增重(p<0.05)、日均采食量(p<0.05)、肾脏相对指标(p<0.05)、血清中肌酸激酶水平(p<0.05);添加200mg/kg·BW低聚乳果糖粗品能显著降低断奶大鼠的日均采食量(p<0.05)、血清中肌酸激酶水平(p<0.05)、胆固醇含量(p<0.05)和尿素氮含量(p<0.05),显著增加结肠黏膜粘液层厚度(p<0.05)。结论:低聚乳果糖粗品在一周内能改善断奶大鼠机体脂质代谢、维持结肠黏膜完整性、缓解应激反应,对生长性能有负调控作用。 

     

    Abstract: Objective: Study on the effects of impure lactosucrose (ILS) on growth performance and serum biochemical parameters in weaning-rats in a week.Method: 24 weaning rats were randomly assigned to 3 groups as follows: normal control, ILS high dose group and ILS low dose group, the same basal diet for each group, a week for the experiment, checked each target. Result: The body weight, AGD, ADFI, kidney relative indicator and creatine kinase levels in serum administrated with 100mg/kg·BW ILS were significantly reduced compared to rats in normal control group ( p < 0.05) .The ADFI, creatine kinase levels in serum, concentration of the cholesterol and urea nitrogen in serum were significantly reduced ( p < 0.05) , and the thickness of the colonic mucus layer was significantly increased (p < 0.05) in weaning-rats treated with 200mg/kg·BW ILS compared to rats in normal control group.Conclusion: ILS ameliorated lipid metabolism in organism, maintained the integrity of colonic mucous, relieved stress response, and had negative regulation of growth performance in weaning rats in a week.
