海洋生物中牛磺酸、多糖、肽等活性物质的提取研究进展

Research progress in extraction of taurine, polysaccharides, peptides and other active substances from marine biology

  • 摘要: 从海洋生物中提取牛磺酸、多糖、活性肽等营养成分的研究主要集中在提取与分离技术的改进方面。本文结合近年来海洋生物中功能性成分提取的研究成果和进展,研究和分析了提取和分离的技术方法和应用,包括水煮提取、酶解、膜过滤和离子交换等;总结了传统方法存在的提取率低、成本高等问题,提出了从海洋生物及加工下脚料中提取生物活性物质的必要性,在分析讨论的基础上对提取方法的选择、应用与进一步研究方向提出了建议。 

     

    Abstract: The research of extraction of nutritional components from the marine biology mainly focused on the improvement of extraction and separation techniques, including the extraction of taurine, polysaccharides and active peptide.Recent advance in functional composition extraction was reviewed, and the techniques of extraction and separation were discussed, such as water boiling extraction, enzymatic hydrolysis method, membrane filtration technique, ion exchange technique and so on.Based on the analysis above, low extraction ratio and high cost were the most serious problems, and extracting bioactive substances from marine biology and its leftover would be necessary.The prospect of extraction method selection, application and further research direction was presented.
