Abstract:
Objective:To study the function of α-linolenic acid, plant sterol ester compound milk on the assisting blood lipids reduction. Methods:The subjects by lipid levels were randomly assigned into compound milk sample group and the placebo control group, including 51 cases of the control group, 53 cases of experiment group, and the study was designed as a double blind clinical trial. The participants took 250mL milk twice daily for 45d. Results:α-linolenic acid, plant sterol ester compound milk could reduce serum total cholesterol (p<0. 01) , triglycerides (p<0. 01) , serum total cholesterol decreased by an average of 10. 32±0. 14, triglycerides fall by an average of 15. 58±0. 34, and high density lipoprotein cholesterol levels had no significant difference between the test group and control group. The total effective rate results indicated that the difference between the test group and control group was significant (p<0. 01) , with the decrease of 81. 13% and 49. 02% respectively, Conclusion:The results showed that α-linolenic acid, plant sterol ester compound milk had assisting blood lipids reduction function.
