一株降解酒糟稻壳纤维素菌株N53的筛选与鉴定

Screening and identification on distillers’ grains cellulose-degradation microbes

  • 摘要: 详述了以酸处理后的酒糟废料为原料筛选出一株能够高效降解酒糟稻壳纤维素的菌株N53。以酸处理后的酒糟、麸皮为主要原料,30℃摇床培养72h,羧甲基纤维素钠酶活可达7.502U/mL,滤纸酶活达0.126U/mL。结合形态观察、培养特征及18srDNA序列分析等手段,确定菌株N53属于扩展青霉(Penicillium expansum)。 

     

    Abstract: This article details the strain N53 that could use cellulose of distillers’s grains, which had been acid treatment, was been selected. The CMC-Na enzyme activity was 7.502U/mL and the FPA enzyme activity was 0.126U/mL after fermentation for 72h using distillers’ grains and bran as raw material in 30℃. This strain was identified as Penicillium expansum through the analyses of morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics, 18s rDNA sequence and the established phylogenetic tree.
