Abstract:
The output decision and its influential factors were researched of the basis of the enterprise's expected profit maximum into three categories ways, which included the enterprise implementing completely voluntarily, the government completely imposing the enterprise to implement, and half forced and half voluntary implementing.Conclusions showed that the output of the enterprise was influenced negatively by the unit loss in the food safety problems and the cognition degree of the enterprise for the loss in the three different way, the output was still influenced negatively by the cognition degree of the consumers for the loss in the way of the enterprise implementing completely voluntarily, and in addition to the above factors, the output was sill influenced negatively by the amount of punishment from the government, that was still influenced positively by the subsidy from the government and the cognition for the effectiveness of supervision in the way of half forced and half voluntary implementing.According to these conclusions, that gave some specific suggestions in order to insure food safety of China.
