Abstract:
The condition of headspace-solid phase microextraction (HS-SPME) were optimized and the volatile compounds of Ginkgo biloba seeds were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) . The results showed that the optimal conditions of HS-SPME were extraction temperature at 60℃, time for 45min and sample amount 5g. The volatile compounds in the seeds consisted of aldehydes, alcohols, hydrocarbons, terpenoids, esters, aromatic hydrocarbon, phenols and ketones, etc. Among them, tetradecanal, (Z, Z) -7, 10-hexadecadienal, (Z) -13-octadecenal and 2, 3-butanediol were the major compounds.
