实时荧光定量PCR技术在金黄色葡萄球菌检测中的应用

Application of Real-time PCR technology in Staphylococcus aureus detection

  • 摘要: 金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)是主要的食源性致病菌之一。实时荧光定量PCR(Real-time PCR)技术是近年来广泛应用于食源性致病菌的快速检测方法,具有特异性强、灵敏度高等特点。本文综述了Real-time PCR技术原理、分类及其在检测食品中金黄色葡萄球菌的应用,并对其应用前景进行了展望。 

     

    Abstract: Staphylococcus aureus is one of the most important food-borne pathogens.Recently, Real-time Flurescent Quantitive Polymerase Chain Reaction (Real-time PCR) technology as a modern method was exploited to detect food-borne pathogens for its specific and sensitive attributes.In this paper, the principle and classification of Real-time PCR technology was introduced briefly, and its application in detecting Staphylococcus aureus was reviewed.Also, the application of this technique in S.aureus detection was prospected.
