  • 摘要: 在单因素的基础上,采用正交实验设计对影响紫苏叶超声提取物抗氧化活性因素中的乙醇浓度、超声时间和料液比3因素进行优化,用总还原能力和·OH清除率反映紫苏提取物的抗氧化活性。结果表明,紫苏叶抗氧化活性物质最佳提取条件为:体积分数40%的乙醇、料液比1∶45(g·mL-1)、超声提取70min,超声提取2次。在此条件下,总还原能力为(1.21±0.021),·OH清除率为22.49%±7.94%。 

     

    Abstract: An orthogonal array design was applied to optimize ultrasound -assisted extraction of antioxidant properties from Perrila frutescens. Three relevant factors that influence the antioxidant activity of the Perrila extract were investigated:ethanol concentration, extracting time and solid -liquid ratio. And the effect of each factor was estimated using deoxidization ability and elimination ratio of hydroxyl radicals as indicators. The results showed that optimal conditions for the extraction could be used 40% ethanol as extraction solvent with a solid -liquid ratio 1∶45g·mL-1 for 70min. Under this condition, the deoxidization ability and elimination ratio of hydroxyl radicals of extractions were the best with value at (1.21±0.021) and 22.49%±7.94%, respectively.
