Abstract:
To study on protective effects of bamboo leaf flavonoids (BLF) on damage of hepatocytes injured by CCl4, models of hepatocytes damage induced by CCl4 was established, the activity of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) , aspartate aminotransferase (AST) , glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) , superoxide dismurase (SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) , liver glycogen was detected on the effect of different dosages groups of bamboo leaf flavonoids, and lesion level of liver tissues was observed through paraffin section in model group and different dosages groups. The results showed that compared with the normal control group, the lever of ALT, AST, MDA increased significantly in model group (p<0.05) , the content of liver glycogen and the activity of GSH-Px, SOD was decreased remarkably (p<0.05) . Compared with model group, on the effect of different dosages of BLF, the content of ALT, AST and MDA was decreased (p<0.05) , the level of GSH-Px, SOD and liver glycogen increased significantly (p<0.05) , and showed dose-dependence. Meanwhile, the lesion level of liver tissues was lower than model group obviously. It could be proved that bamboo leaf flavonoids have remarkable protective effect on hepatocytes damage injured by CCl4.
