Abstract:
To evaluate the effects of different rice proteins concentrate on cholesterol, the cholesterol-rich rats were fed with LTRPC and HTRPC for 4 weeks. Total cholesterol (TC) , triglyceride (TG) , high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in rats blood were measured. Compared with low temperature rice protein concentrate (LTRPC) and high temperature rice protein concentrate (HTRPC) , LTPRC decreased total cholesterol 26.87%, however, HTPRC just showed 19.06% decrease. As key factors of anti-fatigue, lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) was measured after rats swim. LTRPC showed 15.16% increase and 10.7% decrease, which means LTRPC had good effect on increasing the ability of anti-fatigue. However, HTRPC did not showed its effect. At the same time, the research did not found any effect on rats liver after feeding different rice protein.
