冰温气调贮藏对平谷大桃品质影响的实验研究

  • 摘要: 将冰温贮藏和气调贮藏相结合,开展了冰温气调贮藏对平谷大桃品质影响的实验研究。实验在冰温条件下从调节气体组分入手,研究不同气体指标对平谷大桃贮藏期间品质变化的影响。得出以下结论:冰温环境结合气调贮藏,能够更加有效地降低大桃的代谢作用。与-1.2℃普通冰温贮藏相比较,大桃在冰温结合氧气浓度为3%和5%环境下贮藏的品质要优于普通冰温贮藏,贮藏期间糖类和维生素C都保持较高的含量,并最后得出了平谷大桃保鲜的有效方法。 

     

    Abstract: Ice-temperature storage and controlled atmosphere storage had been combined to carry out the experimental study of ice-temperature controlled atmosphere storage to the effect of Pinggu peach quality. Experimental in ice-temperature condition from regulating gas components start to research the impact of different gas indicators of Pinggu peach quality change during storage. The results showed that the ice-temperature environment combined with controlled atmosphere storage was able to be more effectively to reduce peach’s metabolism. Compared with of-1.2℃ ordinary ice temperature storage, the peach ice-temperature combined with the atmosphere concentration of 3% and 5% of the storage environment quality was better than ordinary ice temperature storage. During storage carbohydrates and vitamin C had been to maintain a higher content, and come to the Pinggu peach preservation effective method.
