Abstract:
In order to ensure the continued high quality and traceability of forest fruit characteristics in Xingjiang. The constructing method and composition about the quality and safety traceability system of forest fruit characteristics in Xingjiang was discussed by designing the flow path of real-time monitoring system, the structure of retrospective information system, the coupled feedforward and feedback model for look-ahead management and control, the model for retrospection and prewarning, and the overall network platform. This study provided an effective way for forest fruit characteristics products quality safety management in Xingjiang, preliminary practical application effect indicated that establishing and improving the quality and safety traceability system of forest fruit characteristics in Xingjiang, using this theoretical result, was feasible, which could provide the convenient and reliable information consulting about the production management and product quality for the managers of our production base, fruit operators, management departments and consumers. Meanwhile, this study also set an example for other agricultural products.
