Abstract:
Carotenoids extraction as evaluation indicator. The extraction processing was optimized trough single factor and response surface analysis. The optimal values of theoretical parameters including ultrasonic output power, particle size and microwave power were investigated by Box-Behnken surface response design method. The extraction process parameters as followed:ultrasonic output power 282W, the particle size 80 mesh, microwave power 275W, the content of carotenoids in Lycium barbarum skin slag was 134.84mg/100g, and the relative error with the theoretical value 136.98mg/100g was 1.56%.Since the difference of the experimental value and the theoretical value of regression equation was not significant, the regression model fitted well and met the requirement.
