超声微波协同萃取蜂胶中黄酮类物质的研究

  • 摘要: 采用超声微波协同法萃取蜂胶中的黄酮类化合物,在单因素和正交实验的基础上得出了最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度65%,料液比1∶15,时间150s,微波功率175W。该提取条件下,蜂胶提取液中总黄酮含量为30.64%,蜂胶提取率为70.38%。与其他提取方法相比,超声微波协同萃取在提取效果上具有明显的优势。 

     

    Abstract: The ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction was adopted to optimize the extraction process of the flavonoids from propolis.The optimum process based on the single factor and orthogonal test was as following:alcohol concentration 65%, solid-liquid ratio 1:15, extraction time 150s, microwave power 175W.Under these conditions, the content of flavonoids and extraction rate of propoils were 30.64% and 70.38%, respectively.Compared with other extraction methods, the ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction had obvious advantages in the extracting effect.
