离心喷雾干燥过程的分析和模拟

Analysis and simulation of centrifugal spray drying process

  • 摘要: 对离心喷雾干燥过程中,雾滴经离心分离抛出后,在干燥塔内的复杂运动,以及干燥中雾滴在此过程中的变化和几个特征阶段进行了详细分析,并且利用雾滴进入塔内的分布运动建立数学模型,计算干燥过程中热气流和雾滴之间热量与质量的转化。 

     

    Abstract: The complicated movement of droplet in the drying chamber after had been atomized, and changes of droplet during drying with detail information of several typic stages were analysed.Moreover distribution of droplet set up algebraic model was used to calculate the heat and mass transition between air and droplet.
