人字草功能性成分的抗氧化活性研究

Antioxidant activities of functional components from Kummerowia Striata

  • 摘要: 以人字草为原料,对其中的黄酮、多糖、氨基酸和多酚等功能性成分进行提取,并对其抗氧化活性进行研究。结果表明:人字草中含有丰富的黄酮和多糖物质,其含量分别为22.58、11.58mg/g(以干基计),多酚和氨基酸含量较少,分别为3.04、0.518mg/g。抗氧化实验表明:人字草黄酮、多糖、氨基酸和多酚具有较强清除自由基的能力,对DPPH自由基的半抑制浓度IC50分别为24.87、29.07、0.46、48.73μg/mL,对·OH的半抑制浓度IC50分别为5.35、7.2、0.08、125.41μg/mL。 

     

    Abstract: The extraction of flavonoids, polysaccharides, amino acids and polyphenols from Kummerowia Striata were carried out, and their antioxidant activities were evaluated.The results indicated that there was a large amount of flavonoids and polysaccharides, which contents were 22.58 and 11.58mg /g. The contents of polyphenols and amino acids were less, which were 3.04 and 0.518mg /g, respectively. Moreover, antioxidant experiments showed that flavonoids, polysaccharides, amino acids and polyphenols from Kummerowia Striata had strong scavenging abilities for free radicals.Their IC 50 for DPPH· were 24.87, 29.07 0.46, and 48.73 μg /mL, respectively.And their IC 50 for ·OH free radical were 5.35, 7.2, 0.08, and 125.41 μg /mL, respectively.
