Research progress of mechanical damage in postharvest fruits and vegetables

  • 摘要: 论述了果蔬采后机械损伤的主要类型及其相关特性,着重分析了静压、振动、碰撞损伤的研究方法和进展,并对影响机械损伤的其他因素进行了分析,提出了果蔬机械损伤研究存在的问题。 

     

    Abstract: The main tapes and properties of mechanical damage in postharvest fruits and vegetables together with the related studies were discussed.The different loading forms such as static pressure, vibration, impact damage as well as their developments were summarized.Other factors affecting the mechanical damage of postharvest fruits and vegetables were also discussed.Finally, relative suggestions and existing problems were given.
