海水小球藻中脂类物质的成分分析及其抗菌活性研究

Study on chemical constituents and antimicrobial activities of lipid component of Marine Chlorella

  • 摘要: 采用GC-MS方法对小球藻中脂类成分进行分析,从中鉴定出9种成分,其中十六烷酸最高,占24.88%。EPA含量为18.45%。抗菌活性实验显示,脂肪酸甲酯成分对金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌的抑菌效果要好于大肠杆菌和绿脓杆菌,而且EPA甲酯的抑菌效果要好于粗脂甲酯和PUFA甲酯。 

     

    Abstract: Nine chemical compounds were identified from lipid component of Marine Chlorella by GC-MS analysis, including the highest content palmitic acid with the amount of 24.88 percent.Among these compounds, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) stood at 18.45 percent.Results of experiments on antimicrobial activities showed fatty acid methyl esters antibacterial effects on Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis were better than Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginos.Moreover, the antimicrobial activities of EPA methyl esters was better than crude fatty acid methyl ester and PUFA methyl ester.
