Abstract:
Belveder Fruit of different sizes was extracted to obtain oil by microwave extraction. Through the single-factor test, solvent, extraction time, the microwave power, ratio of material, grinding grain size were determined. Results showed that the effects of each factor on oil extraction rate in order were extraction time, material-to-liquid, microwave power. The optimum extraction technology for Belveder Fruit oil as follows:material-to-liquid ratio was 1∶30g/mL, the microwave power was 250W, the extraction time was 120s, the grinding grain size was 80 head, the extraction solvent was ethanol. Under this condition, the oil extraction rate was 17.35%. The extracted oil was analyzed by gas chromatography, the relative content of linoleic acid reached 46.5%.
