固相萃取-离子色谱法测定葡萄酒中二氧化硫

Determination of sulfur dioxide in wine by solid phase extraction-ion chromatography

  • 摘要: 目的探索较为简便易行的葡萄酒中二氧化硫测定的方法。方法准确称取一定量的葡萄酒,过C18柱分离除去部分非极性有机物质后经滤膜过滤加入Na2CO3水溶液定容,进样后使用9mmol/LNa2CO3作为淋洗液,用离子色谱法测定葡萄酒中二氧化硫。结果二氧化硫呈现出较好的峰形且与其他离子能较好的分离。RSD均小于5%,回收率在93%~105%之间。结论葡萄酒中二氧化硫离子色谱测定方法的建立将为离子色谱测定液体食品中二氧化硫纳入国家标准提供了依据。 

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore a more easily-used method for determination of the sulfur dioxide in wine.MethodAccurately weighed a certain amount of wine, over C18 column separation to remove part of the nonpolar organic material then adding Na2 CO3 aqueous solution by membrane filtration, after injection with 9 mmol/L Na2 CO3 as eluent, ion chromatography determination of sulfur dioxide in wine.ResultsIt showed a good peak shape and good separation from other ions in solution.RSD was less than 5%, recovery between 93%~105%.ConclusionDetermination of sulfur dioxide in wine by ion chromatography method provides a way to establish national standards for the determination of sulfur dioxide in foods.
