Abstract:
The purpose of this experiment was to find out the method of macroporous resin purifying pupa ACE inhibitory peptides. Through comparing the absorption rate and desorption rate of 5 kinds of macroporous resins in purifying pupa ACE inhibitory peptides, it was the result that DA201-C had the best effect in purifying pupa ACE inhibitory peptides.Further research of the impact of sample's flow, concentration and graded elution on macroporous resin's separating effect.The final conclusions were that when the ethanol elution concentration was 75%, the eluent had the highest ACE inhibition rate, whose IC50 was 0.632mg/mL and it was found that hydrophobicity and ACE inhibition rate were positively correlated.
