固态微生物菌剂干燥和菌体保存的研究进展

Research progress in drying of solid microbial agent and protection of cell

  • 摘要: 固态菌剂保藏费用低、可以直接投入发酵,且在运输和贮藏、质量控制等方面有其独特的优势;但是,怎样提高制品中活菌数是一个难题。本文重点阐述了几种固态微生物菌剂干燥方法、原理、优缺点以及影响菌体存活率的主要因素。 

     

    Abstract: Solid microbial agent has lower preservation costs than liquid microbial agent, can be directly used to ferment, and has its unique advantages in transportation and storage or quality control.But it is difficult to improve the viable count of products.This article reviewed the several drying methods, principle, relative merits and the main factors which affect the viability of cell.
