克鲁氏梭状芽孢杆菌的研究进展

  • 摘要: 克鲁氏梭状芽孢杆菌在厌氧条件下产己酸,将其应用于浓香型白酒发酵,可使其主体香己酸乙酯更加突出。克氏梭菌在厌氧条件下代谢产生的心肌黄酶、磷酸转乙酰酶、醛脱氢酶、硫解酶可作为生化试剂、酮体中毒的解毒酶、还可以降解石油烃污染物,应用于生物燃料电池、生物传感器等。重点阐述克氏梭菌产酸条件及这些酶类在性质及用途等方面的国内外研究进展。 

     

    Abstract: Clostridium kluyveri form caproic acid at anaerobic condition, major aroma caproic acid ethylester will be more outstanding if be used for fermentation of luzhou-flavor liquor distillate spirit.Diaphorase, phosphotransacetylase, thiolase, aldehyde dehydrogenase that come from metabolism of clostridium kluyveri at anaerobic condition can be used as biochemical reagent, detoxifying enzymes for toxicosis of acetone body, also be used for degradation of petroleum hydrocarbon pollutants, biological fuel cell and biosensor, and so on.The situation of study at home and abroad of acidogenic conditions of clostridium kluyveri and purification and purpose of these enzymes were summarized.
