高光谱图像技术在食品无损检测中的研究进展

Research progress in nondestructive inspection of food by means of hyperspectral imaging

  • 摘要: 高光谱图像技术结合了影像学和光谱学的优点,可以同时采集一个物体的图像信息和光谱信息,是食品工业无损检测的未来发展趋势。本文介绍了高光谱图像系统的基本原理,图像的采集和分析方法,在食品品质和食品卫生安全等方面的应用以及现阶段的限制和未来的发展方向。 

     

    Abstract: Hyperspectral imaging is a new technology which integrates the merits of both imageology and spectroscopy.The method can obtain spectral information and imaging information from an object simultaneously, which is a tendency of nondestructive inspecting technology for food industry in the future.The principle of the hyperspectral imaging system, the methods of image collecting and analyzing, the inspecting technology of food quality and safety by means of hyperspectral imaging were introduced in this paper, and the limitations at present stage and future development prospects were pointed out.
